This past week, Mike, Mike and Greg installed a new furnace in our Kids first home. They did a great job! They were on time, fast, efficient, clean and I was very comfortable having them in the home. They all worked very hard to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

We just purchased our first house when a month later in the winter night our furnace broke. We didn't know what to do and called Faszold to help us. Luke came out and did a wonderful job! The whole experience with Faszold has been a gift that keep on giving! I needed a new furnance and AC last fall. The quote from Faszold was amazing -- they recommended energy efficient units and told me not only about a manufacturer rebate but also about the federal tax credit that was available at the time. I loved receiving the tax credit at the beginning of the year. Now a year after installation, I have a huge budget billing credit with the utility company and my monthly bill has gone down by $25 a month! Thank you, Faszold Heating & Cooling!!!!

In 2006 we had a new Trane AC and Heating system installed by another dealer. For 4 years we had them come out twice a year to "service" the system. We were never very happy with the service and the charges. In the Fall of 2010, we talked to Faszold at the St. Charles Home Show and were impressed with their information. As of today, 10/13/2011 we have had Greg from Faszold service our system twice (spring and fall 2011). Both times Greg checked more items and explained our system better then the other dealer did in 4 years. We are very confident that our system is well cared for and working at optimal capacity now. We are very happy and will recommend Faszold to our friends.

Greg was here today to help us with our furnance. He was courteous and helped us understand the issue and explain his steps to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Faszold to anyone....

Could not recommend Faszold enough! Jason came out and was great. Listened to what the problem was and had it corrected very quickly. I was also pleasantly suprised with the bill.

Fabulous service from Jason Green, honest and professional! I called and left a message at 8:10am on a Saturday morning â?? he returned my call within 10 minutes, and had my AC going by 8:55am that same morning. I was recommended to Faszold from someone at work, and I will make sure and go back to them for all of my HVAC service. I give this company a 5 out of 5 stars!
