I have had Faszold service my furnace for a couple years now. They installed a humidifier about 10 years ago and did a great job. They also installed an advanced Honeywell thermostat that works great. After having Luke out to service the furnace for a fan issue he recommended that the furnace would need replacing soon. In November 2009 Mike Faszold came out to give me an estimate for a whole new system. Micheal was out of town so I got the seasoned pro to advise me. He did an excellent job explaining all the options and how they would save me money. He recommended a Trane heat pump, furnace, humidifier and an electronic air cleaner. I put it off until returning one weekend in February and the house was freezing. The fan unit had completly died. I called them and they had a team out the next day to replace it all. Paul and John showed up right on time and got to work. They put down tarps to keep my carpet clean. The job they did was outstanding. Very neat, clean and professional. Their attention to detail is admirable. Luke came by to help them but had to leave for a service call. I was amazed how they made a custom duct to make it all fit. They explained all the equipment and verified that it was working properly before leaving. They instructed me how to maintain the units and what to check before calling for service. I HIGHLY recommend Faszold for all your heating and cooling needs. Everyone I have had to deal with has been very nice and professional.They are a family business that made me feel like part of the family.

met with Mike Sr & Mike Jr. Mike Jr. talked us into a heat pump. I never wanted one. Didn't make any sense. Did my research and went with it. Best move we ever made. Our gas bill in February 2009 was $134.34. Just got our February 2010 bill. $77.30. This is living proof that Mike Jr. knew what he was talking about. York makes one of the best units in the U.S.A. Our installers took their time and did it right. I would recommend Faszold to everyone in St. Charles.

Being a newer resident of the St. Louis area, I did not know who to call when our furnace expired. A friend and York distributor in our home town recommended Faszold. Mike Jr. was knowledgeable of his product and thorough in explaining it to me. Paul and Luke were very courteous and respectful of my home and family while installing our system.
