When I discovered that my a/c was starting to make noises, I realized that I should probably have someone come out and take a look. I did not calle Faszold first, and that was my first mistake. I called one of their competitors and scheduled an appointment to come out to my house from 12 - 4 pm on Friday. When I called them at 3pm the day of the appointment to check and make sure the technician was still going to make it, I learned that they never scheduled my appointment, and even though they obviously made the mistake, could not make it unilt the next morning! By this time the blower had stopped working, and we had been without a/c for about 4 hours already. I called Faszold, and spoke with Lois, explained the scenario that I was facing, and said that she would do her best to get someone out to my house that night! From the time I hung up the phone, the technician, Steve, was at my house in 30 minutes, and had a new motor installed in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the job that Steve did. Not only did he repair the a/c, but he was able to give me much needed maintenance tips, and installed some brackets on my intake to better secure my air filter. We will definately be recommending Faszold to all of our friends in our community. Thanks again Steve and the entire Faszold team for the quick response and a job well done!!
