Hello, our names are Mike and Kathie Faszold.  We are very proud of our Service Technicians, Installers and Sales staff at Faszold Service Co..  We currently have the best staff in the St. Charles Area.  As you'll get to know each and every Service Tech below, you'll find that at Faszold your satisfaction is our number 1 concern and we'll strive to achieve that on each and every visit, not because it's our job, but because it's your home!  We at Faszold,realize  that our customers are a little wary of admitting an unfamiliar face into their home, so we've supplied you with some background information on each and every employee at Faszold.  This way when we knock on your door for service, you can open it with confidence that a Faszold Technician is at the door.  We even encourage you to request a Service Technician you feel most comfortable. We will do our best to make sure he is assigned for your service call.

 Michael Faszold II - Comfort Specialist - What can we say about our son?  He grew up at FSC and was riding along on installs and service calls since the young age of 14.  He loves working with our customers and don't let his size fool you (because he's very tall) he's very generous at heart.  Michael will listen to your concerns and then design the best system to meet your comfort needs.  You'll feel good about any decision made after working with him, and it's not just parental pride talking, our customers send many complimentary letters regarding his professionalism.  

                       Lois Perkins - Office Manager - Our office runs like a well oiled machine with Lois running the show!  She is an amazing asset to our team!  Her skills are endless, she manages all incoming calls and has excellent customer service skills (we are always complimented on her friendly disposition), she is in charge of all dispatching, paperwork and scheduling of calls!  If anyone can fit you into our schedule, it's Lois!  Her many talents don't end when she walks out the door at night, Lois also is an excellent wedding cake designer, seamstress, and caterer!  She caters all the Faszold parties!  Make sure to say hello when you call, she'll love to hear from you!

Paul Bertillo -Installer-   He's been with us for 6 years (in the industry for 16 years) and has made life at Faszold more stress free !  Paul excels in all components in the installation of your equipment. He's very professional and detail-oriented.  He works quickly, efficiently and above all finishes with the stamp of great quality. Paul enjoys playing softball and he is a huge Nascar fan. He is a definite asset to the Faszold Team.

 John Vogel -  Installer - John has been with FSC the longest, probably close to 25 years. He is very reliable and Professional we have always counted on him for all our most complex installs and he's always come through for us like the  exceptional Installer he is.                   

Matt Gunn - Service Tech Matt has 6 1/2 years experience. He has been a running service for Faszold Service Co. for 4 1/2 years. Matt says he enjoys the new challenges he faces everyday, and he is always learning something new. In his spare time Matt enjoys riding his four-wheeler, camping, and fishing. His favorite professional team is af course our St. Louis Cardinals. We are lucky to have Matt as part of our all-star team.
 
 

Amy Faszold - Bookkeeper  -  She's well organized and very proficient.  She'll get through a stack of service tickets before you can ask her how she's doing!  Amy works hard and will make sure everything is running smoothly so her Mom can take a few days off .

Michael Mueller-Lead service technician - MnM   Mike has been working as a  service technician for Faszold Service Co. for 10 Years.  In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with his family, camping,  fishing, and boating. When you need a service call Mike is  always ready and willing to come and service your equipment. Mike is a true leader on our all-star team.




Luke Sanders-Service Tech-  Luke started in our installation department and he has been working in our service department for four years. He is an excellent serviceman and is eager to help the customer. In his spare time if he isn't at the Cardinal games, you may find him camping, fishing or hanging out with his friends. Luke is an important player on our Faszold Team. Ask for Luke the next time you need a service call.
   
    
Jason Green Service Tech   
Jason does a great job for Faszold Service. He has been with FSC for 1/1/2 years. He is always ready to run service anytime he is needed. Jason takes pride in doing  his job right.  He is eager to learn every aspect of the heating and cooling business.Jason enjoys spending time with his beautiful daughter and fiance. We are proud to have Jason as part of the Faszold all-star team.
                   
  
                                
                        
ANDY POHLMAN- Service Tech  Andy has been with Faszold Service for 2 years.
