*Must be a customer of Faszold to qualify and fill out the Referral Form prior to the estimate taking place.  Referral must not have been a previous customer of Faszold and must reside at a separate service address from the customer making the referral. Installation must take place within 60 days of referral. Gift card to be sent upon receipt of payment for system installation.
