* In order for us to give you the 1-year warranty on any repair we make, a maintenance plan must be kept for the entire warranty. Faszold Service Co is also to be the only company servicing or maintaining the system.

**** All parts must meet the manufacturer’s specifications, at the time of each seasonal tune-up, chargeable to the homeowner. Excludes declined repairs, obsolete parts, freon, freon leaks, heat exchangers, compressors, ECM motors, geothermal loops, and breakdowns due to acts of God, physical damage, or abuse.
